Freezer to Crock Pot

Rue Cubes: One part Butter one part flour mixed in fry pan and frozen in ice cube trays.
French dip: In bag to freeze
3# beef roast
4T veg or beef boullion
2 small sliced onions
No thawing required: cut bag down sides, fold out roast into CP. Just enough water to cover roast. cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

Salsbury Steaks:
1# Hamburger
1 cup brd or cracker crumbs
1 egg
Mix above in bowl and form 4 patties
In bag:
1/2# Mushroom sliced
Sm onion Sliced
TBL Sherry
4T veg or beef Boullion
teas minced garlic
No thawing required: Cut down sides of bag, fold into CP add 3 cups water. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. remove steaks at end of cooking, turn on high and add 2TBL Cornstarch or Arrowroot mixed with 2TBL Water OR a rue cube, thawed and stir till thick.
